   -   Management, maintenance and repairs of HVAC system.

   -   Maintenance and repairs of earth system, Forklifts, Elevators, Pressure Vessels. 

   -   Maintenance and repairs of BMS (Building, Management System), Clean rooms and Fire alarm systems.

   -   Implementation of continuous maintenance processes and programs defined in the maintenance and repair knowledge management system (MKMS)
